Lisa Donahue arrived at Matrix in 2007 as the firm’s Controller. She is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and tax functions as well as HR.

Prior to joining Matrix, Lisa held a variety of financial positions in the consulting and service industries.
Most recently she was an owner of Gradient Corporation, an environmental Consulting Firm, where she also served as Controller. She has held leadership positions with firms such as Arthur D. Little, Primark Corporation, and Marriott Corporation.
