The integration lets users pull contact information and transcripts of chats with customers into Zendesk tickets, adding crucial detail to help desk cases and making it easier to act on customer-reported issues.

Olark has published step-by-step instructions for existing customers of both Zendesk and Olark. For those who are not Zendesk users, Olark is offering a promotional discount. Sign up using the coupon code OLARK for a 25% discount off of the first three months of service.
