Bill Kennedy, Co-founder of Waveset, Joins Hyper9 as Its Senior Vice President of Research and Development

Austin, TX (April 22, 2009) – Hyper9, Inc. (www.hyper9.com), the leading provider of solutions that help virtual infrastructure administrators manage their virtualized environments, announced today that Bill Kennedy will join the company as its Senior Vice President of Research and Development.

Kennedy, who will be responsible for overseeing the engineering organization and the development process, has extensive experience managing software engineering teams. In January 2000, for example, he co-founded Waveset Technologies, directing research and development as well as engineering for the identity management technology company. Waveset was ultimately acquired by Sun Microsystems in late 2003.
