In its second round of venture funding, Framehawk Inc. raised $11 million.

The San Francisco company, started in 2008, makes business software for mobile devices.

Matrix Partners   gave the money in this round, along with some earlier investors—Framehawk raised $5.5 million in the past from Alsop Louie Partners   , Correlation Ventures and Triangle Peak Partners.

Framehawk also has offices in New York and London.

Peter Badger, who helped start the business, is its CEO.
