Leading IT Service Providers Selected to Bring Technical Expertise and On-the-Ground Support to Crossbeam Customers in the UK and the Nordics
BOXBOROUGH, Mass. – May 4, 2009 – Crossbeam Systems, Inc., the leading provider of next-generation security platforms for high-performance networks, today announced that it has expanded its Crossbeam Accredited Service Provider (CASP) partner program in Europe with the addition of two CASP-Support partners: mnemonic, an IT-security service provider based in Norway, and nscglobal, an integrated IT communications solution provider based in the UK.

CASP-Support partners are certified to provide 24-hour technical support to Crossbeam customers. These invitation-only partners receive intensive training and certification from Crossbeam in order to deliver on-the-ground diagnostics for any problems customers may encounter with Crossbeam product deployments. CASP-Support specialists also have online access to lab equipment that is used to recreate customer deployment scenarios and remotely resolve issues.
