Adding to its recent spate of executive appointment and acquisition activity, BuyWithMe, Inc. has named Gerry McGoldrick, former SVP of Marketing at GSI Commerce, a division of eBay, to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, McGoldrick will be responsible for growing BuyWithMe’s consumer base through targeted marketing strategies and operations, brand management, integrated marketing efforts, advertising and promotions. At GSI, McGoldrick drove more than $750 million in merchandise sales through marketing channels annually and established e-commerce expertise for the Company’s client portfolio, driving a 30% YOY average in revenue increases. Additionally, he built the Marketing Services division from inception to a team of 140 professionals serving some of the country’s largest brands.
